House Rules
- No Smoking, ironing, candles or incense sticks in the Rooms – This is for fire prevention and to avoid any burning damage on our wooden furniture.
- No loud Noise at night – Please keep quiet from 10pm to 8am to respect our other guest during their relaxing vacation.
- No unauthorized Visitors or Pets are allowed.
- Do not leave the key in the room to keep the AC or Fan running when you leave the premises. Please turn off Water Tap after use, as well as lights, fans and AC.(Save our Planet!)
- No Food & (sweet) Drinks in the Rooms – This is to avoid the attraction of insects and other animals such as rats.
- You are welcome to use our BBQ station, stove, cutlery, cups and plates at our common area - Please clean up afterwards.
- Do not enter the reception area – This is restricted to our Staff only.

POOL RULES
Operation time is from 8am-8pm – No night swimming!
Wear appropriate swimwear – No daily clothing or athletic gear.
Shower properly before entering the pool – No sweat and dirt from your body / keep our pool hygienic
Use the restrooms – No peeing in the pool / avoid bacteria that infers the PH of our pool
Explain the pool rools to your family members, no matter how young or old, and make sure they understand
Babies are to wear swimming diapers – No normal diapers!
Watch your children and make sure they take pool breaks – to use the restrooms or to put sunscreen.
No Food or Drinks in or by the pool
- 1- or 2-piece bathing suit
- Swim trunks or swim briefs
- Board shorts
- Modest or religious swimsuits
- Surf shirts, compression or T-shirts
- Aquasocks
- Swim Diapers
- Thong bikini & underwear bottoms
- Cut-off shorts
